282 miles per gallon, VW is killing it

its the VW 1L, and yes 282 mpg, and possible release in 2010. 

kinda gay, but oh well, drive around all week for just $4.

660 lbs and made of carbon fiber with a 1 liter engine, i want one. fuck the hybrids now (prius/civic) and shit, i will never buy one, all batteries die, wait til people start talking about how much it costs to get those hybrid batteries replaced, tricked yah, they end up costing you more than a regular car with regular gas. they win. this one will have a tiny hybrid battery and shit. but i would not get it either cause it will prob cost like 40g (i want a free one though)
